How do I sign up for the LEVELS loyalty program?

•  LEVELS is BLISS's personalised loyalty programme that allows you to earn rewards on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the levels of the programme where you can access an exclusive selection of rewards. 
• You will earn one reward for every AED1/QAR1/SNG1/SAR1 spent on qualifying purchases.

  How do I earn levels?

• You will earn 1 reward for every AED1/QAR1/SNG1/SAR1 spent online and in BLISS stores. 
•  Earned Rewards will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order. 
•  You may mark the most significant dates in BLISS calendar, as family birthdays, anniversaries or graduations to receive notification and extra rewards. 
•  You will receive 1000 rewards for your birthday and anniversary with Levels, with 500 being earned both 7 days before and 7 days after your birthday.

How do I spend my rewards?

• You may redeem collected cashback for exclusive offers from Bliss or use a cachback to purchase at Bliss website or stores. 

Will I receive the signing bonus?

• yeah! To be eligible for the bonus, we encourage you to complete your entire profile, submit your important information such as significant dates and occasions that you would like to celebrate with us.
  

Will my Rewards expire?

• Your LEVELS Rewards is lifetime, they save at your account uponyour firs purchase with bliss.

How can I know my anniversary date?

• Your Anniversary Date is the day of first completed purchase with Bliss. You will earn rewards both 7 days before and after Your anniversary date. 
• You may submit the most significant dates in BLISS calendar, as family birthdays, anniversaries, graduation etc, and you receive notification and earn more rewards.
  

How fast will I receive rewards to my account after making a purchase?

•  Earned Rewards will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is the Personal Shopper service at Level 3?  

• The Personal Shopper service at Level 3 of the BLISS loyalty programme offers you 24 hours of consultation services with our highly skilled BLISS florists. They provide expert guidance and support for all your floral, event, and subscription needs shopping needs.

What is the Bespoke+ upgrade for Level 2 and 3 loyalty members?  

• Once you progress to a higher BLISS Level, you have the option to upgrade your subscription service to Bespoke+. By doing so, you gain access to our premium floral design service. When it's time for your subscription to be replenished, our best floral artisans will consider your preferences for flower types, colors, styles, and arrangement location to create stunning floral arrangements tailored specifically to your liking..
