يسر بلِس فلاور بوتيك أن توفر إمكانية شحن الأزهار الطبيعية والهدايا مع خدمة توصيل مجاني في نفس اليوم بداخل دولة الإمارات – دبي وأبوظبي ورأس الخيمة والشارقة وعجمان وأم القيوين للطلبات التي تتجاوز 300 درهم.


لدينا ثلاثة أوقات للتوصيل في اليوم: 8 صباحاً – 12 ظهراً، 12 ظهراً – 5 مساءً و 5-10 مساءً.


The cut off time for each delivery slot is 2 hours prior to the slot - please note due to high demand and capacity occasionally from time to time some slots maybe unavailable.

For orders under 300 AED, a 50AED surcharge will be added on checkout.

التبديل والإلغاء


في حال غيرت رأيك وأردت إلغاء طلبك، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت عبر [email protected]


في حال لم يدخل طلبك مرحلة الإعداد، سنكون قادرين على تبديل طلبك أو إلغائه وإرجاع المبلغ المدفوع لك عند الاقتضاء.


في حال خروج الطلب للتوصيل، لكن لم يصل بعد للوجهة، سنحاول الاتصال بسائق التوصيل لإلغاء عملية التوصيل. إلا أننا لن نكون قادرين على إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع للمنتج نتيجة سرعة تأثر المنتجات الطبيعية المستخدمة وجودتها.


سياسة استرداد المال


في الحالة الغير مرجحة لعدم رضاك عن عملية شراء تقوم بها من بلِس، قد تقوم بلِس حسب الظروف بإرجاع سعر المنتج أو تزويدك بحلول أخرى مثل إعادة إرسال المنتج أو إعادة إرسال هدية أخرى بنفس القيمة.


نظراً لأننا نستخدم منتجات طبيعية، نحتفظ بحق اختيار  الحل الملائم والقابل للتطبيق في كل حالة.


حين تتم الموافقة على عملية استبدال أو أي حل آخر، سنحاول حل المشكلة خلال يوم عمل واحد. وعند الموافقة على إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع، يرجى الانتظار من 7-10 أيام حسب البنك الذي تتعامل معه ليصل المبلغ إلى حسابك.
